We offer 2 ways to throw your party at West Farm Corn Maze...

Hassle-Free Private Party!

The Party Pack ($550)

  • Admission for 20 guests (includes both children and adults)
  • Pizzas and assorted drinks for 20 guests
  • All paper products
  • Party Assistant for first 2 hours of party
  • T-Shirt for birthday guest of honor
  • Use of party tent for 3 hours

Additional Options

  • For each additional person over 20-person minimum, Group Rate applies.
  • Pie Pumpkins (including decorating): $3 per person
  • Apple Slingshot: $2 for 3 tries per person (and person can win prize)

Do-It-Yourself Party!

$100

  • If you prefer to provide the party essentials yourself, you are welcome to do so!
  • You can rent our party shed for $100 for a 3-hour period, or you may use the public picnic area free of charge (tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved).
  • Admission is charged for each guest based on our regular admission prices, with a discount offered if you have 20 or more guests in your party.
  • The birthday guest of honor receives a free T-shirt with each party of 10 or more ticketed guests!

Paying For Your Guests

Prior to sending out your invitations, you will need to decide if you are paying for all the guests attending, only paying for the invited child, the invited child and one parent or they will be paying their own way. 

When booking the party shed, you automatically become eligible for our Group Discount.

You will email a guest list to charlotte@westfarmcornmaze.com with your last name, party date and time in the subject line. We will use this list as a guide to who should/will be attending your event.

Your guests will come to the Group Check-in Tent and will sign their name and age range on our sign-in sheet. We use the age range to be able to charge you properly.

At the end of your event, you will come to the ticket shed to pay your balance. We will have added up the cost and have that amount ready for you. We will have the sign in sheet used so that you can see how we came to that amount. You can pay by cash, debit, or credit card.

  • Party Guest Admission is $13 per person for ages 12 and up, and $8 per person for ages 3–11. This covers the corn maze, hayride, farm zoo, the children’s play area, and the barrel train (when available).
  • 2 and under is always free.

Add-on Options

  • Pie Pumpkins to decorate and take home $3 each
  • Apple Slingshot: 3 shots for $2. They can win a variety of prizes from a koozie to $20.
  • Animal Feed: 25¢ per cup.

If you want to add any of these options, we can do it on the day of when you arrive. If you have invited 25 kids to the party, we will give 25 tickets to any of the above. You will oversee handing the tickets out to the kids or “paying” for that activity when you want them to do it. If you only use 20 tickets, you will turn in the 5 you did not use and will only be charged for the 20 used.
