West Farm U-Pick Flower Season
West Farm provides a picturesque and fun backdrop for professional, amateur, and smartphone photographers alike. Whether you’re a professional or simply want to capture beautiful memories with your phone, we welcome all creatives. However, for professional shoots, a private photography session must be booked.
A professional photographer is anyone photographing or filming people, animals, or nature on our farm and receiving any type of compensation, such as money, trades, goods, services, or other like-kind considerations in return.
As a professional, we are excited to provide you and your clients with the opportunity to make beautiful memories in our scenic fields. We look forward to working with you to create a positive, successful experience.
We offer different options to suit your photography needs:

Photographers must refrain from advertising sessions at West Farm on their website or social media unless they have received approval and paid for their photography pass in advance.
All sessions must be reserved, approved and paid in advance. Cancellations are non-refundable, however rescheduling to a later date due to inclement weather is allowed upon approval, up to one time and subject to availability. No shows on the designated date will not be credited or refunded. We also reserve our right to accept or deny session booking requests at our discretion.
Picked flowers are not included with the Photography Pass and must be paid for at the time of picking. Please advise everyone involved in the shoot of the "U-Pick, You-Pay" policy to ensure there are no misunderstandings.
Please be respectful of our crops and props. Do not move any props without prior permission.
It is your client's responsibility to ensure their dog is not aggressive towards other people or animals. As with any public space, dog owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of any pet waste immediately. We ask that owners do everything in their power to prevent their dog from using the bathroom in the flower field. Pets may not be kept in cars in our parking lots so make sure they bring an extra handler to hold the dog if they won’t be in all the photos. We reserve the right to have dog owners remove their dogs from the premises for any reason at any time.
Drones are strictly prohibited on the farm property.
All photographs or films taken at the farm must be family-friendly. This includes avoiding suggestive imagery, profanity, or any content that is not appropriate for all audiences. Sessions of a boudoir nature or those involving revealing attire are not suitable, as children may be present on the premises.
Commercial production for music videos, television, or film is not allowed with a Photography Pass. For commercial shoots, please email charlotte@westfarmcornmaze.com with the scope of your project and preferred dates to schedule.
